Multi-Purpose Laboratory High Shear Homogenizing Emulsifier The Y25 and Y20 laboratory high shear emulsifiers adopt original German motors, ensuring more stable operation and lower noise. Integrating dexterity and convenience, they can be operated manually. Depending on the matching working head, they can complete various processes including dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, mixing, dispersing and homogenizing of high-viscosity materials, as well as crushing and homogenizing of animal and plant tissues.
With a rotational speed up to 28,000 rpm, it can operate for long periods. More than 20 types of working heads are available, and vacuum operation is achievable, easily meeting various high-demand experimental requirements for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
